Theories of languaje

Noam Chomsky, Charles Darwin and Steven Pinker, made the question: ¿How do we learn languaje?

Noam Chomsky  --> Humans born with the hability to speak
Charles Darwin   --> Languaje is learned over time, the desire to speak is not learned
Steven Pinker     --> (closely linked to Noam Chomsky's) Languaje is inherent to humans

I agree with Charles Darwin, because I also doubt that babies born learning to talk.
