Media controls you

Language and mass comunication
What would you say if I tell you that the people that organize the news are able to control the thinking on the people? Maybe you will find it quite hard to believe, but people's information sources are mostly writte by people, and they viewers have no way to check if this infomation its true or false. Imagine the next example: you heard from a staff from your school talking abot the death of an artist. You want to check if this information its true so when you arrive home you open your notebook and search for it in google. There, you will see information that has been written by people, that can make mistakes, may missinterpretate things, may commit a really important typing error that changes all the mesage.. etc. Anyways, the article is made by a fan of him and all its infomation is about the good things he made in his life and all the good songs he has written and the good actions he had commited....
Knowing this, you go to the televition an his death is being shown. There, you see that the news is showing all its bad moments as an artist: all the times this artist "rage quited", the time he hit a periodist, the time he fell down while in a concert, the time he said a bad word on open televition, the time he commited an error in the lyrics of a song, interviewing their family and showing just the ones that have long hair, rings, and all the things that could make this artist look as a bad or "lower" person.
This will make you think, because you will see two different points o he same piece of news. Two different people wanted you to see two different points of view and two different ways of mind controlling.

Instresting isn't it?

This is an advierstement for axe desodorant.

People creates publicity that convinces others to buy their products, follow their ideas, convince them of something, etc.

This advertisement is meant to make gamers leave their games and use the product advertised to "have some social life".

This advertisement attracks your attention for the action, the slightly comedy atmosphere, the warm colors, etc.

This advertisement shows us vicious gaming, the importance of social life and love, but all this aspects in an economic and consumism way.

It tries to make us think that social life is important, and that fo having that, we have to buy the product offered.

After all, the objective of this piece of economy art is just to sell a product; pretty simple objective. Though, they try to take you deep into the idea that you really need it, and make you think that you are really acomplished for not having this, even though is not true.
Advertisement, for me, is an artistic way of mind control.
